The Mezonetes are located by the sea, in Sythonia of Chalkidiki. 

All the stores in the village are located near the complex (super market, beach bars, coffee shops, bars, taverns, restaurants, pizzeria, intercity bus stops, play houses, toy stores, go carts and many others).

They were constructed in 2012 and they were renovated completely, for the second time, from a prestigious interior designer. They are full equipped with complete domestic and electrical appliances. They are situated in a complex by the sea, 30 meters away from one of the amazing beach. Each maisonette constitutes of 2 levels, the ground floor and the 85 m2 first floor. The ground floor is 50 m2 and includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, wc, fire place, internal staircase that allows you the access in the first floor and the 50 m2garden which is for private use in every maisonette. The first floor is 35 m2 and two rooms are included (bedroom and children’s room- second bedroom), one bathroom, the end of the internal staircase and two spacious balconies (front-back).

Every maisonette can host up to 7 people. In the first room (bedroom) there is available a double bed that fits two adults. In the second bedroom exists one bunk bed of three single beds that can fit 3 adults. In the living room, besides the rest of the furniture, there is a corner sofa that can transform into a double bed that fits 2 adults and one child up to 12 years old.

They contain tile floors, aluminum tilt and turn door frames with screen doors, air conditions, LED TV, Wi-Fi, spacious balconies in the front and the back with view of the sea. The complex is situated in the center of the beach, in an easily accessible point with all the amenities located near, like supermarkets, beach bars, taverns, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pizzeria, intercity bus stops, play houses, toy stores, go carts and many others. The location is ideal for relaxing vacations especially for families with kids, group of friends and couples that enjoy calming moments, in a residence with breath taking view of the beach (distance of 30 m. from the sandy beach, from super market 20 m., from restaurant s 10 m., from beach bars 30m.). They are 120 km from the Macedonia airport.
